1) OBJECT
these SALES CONDITIONS concerns the e-commerce of shoes and accessories for children on the website www.lgjunior.com. This site belongs to GT INFO s.r.l., based in Longare (VICENZA) via San Gaetano Tiene, 1/D  registered at the Vicenza Firm Directory with the ID Nr. Di 03169020249. This company will be designated as LG JUNIOR here below.
Each purchasing operation made on this site will be respectful of the following laws: D.L. n. 185/99and 675/96, the latter concerning the protection of privacy.
LG JUNIOR sales all the items described in this site, but does not manufacture them. Materials and Leather/Fabrics components are those declared by the manufacturers. LG JUNIOR is not responsible of mistakes or incorrect information communicated by the manufacturers.

2) ACCEPTATION OF THE SALES CONDITIONS
The Customers, by sending its order confirmation, fully accept as the basis of their relation with LG JUNIOR the sales and payment conditions here below. They declare that they have read and understood all the information included in this document and the laws listed above. LG JUNIOR will not accept any other different condition, unless they are previously agreed on a written and common document.
LG JUNIOR considers the contract as definitely closed at the delivery of the goods to the transport courier, except in case of product return. This action has to be preceded by the availability of the products and by the payment confirmation, when the payment is to be done in advance. In case of payment at the delivery, the contract is considered as closed at the time of the payment to the transport courier.

3) CUSTOMERS COMMITMENT
These Sales Conditions have to be fully read and understood on this website before confirming the order. At the confirmation of the order the Customers implicitly confirm the complete acknowledge of these conditions and their acceptance.
The Customers commit themselves in printing and conserving these Sales Conditions at the end of their on-line purchase, in accordance with the articles 3 and 4 of the act D.L. n. 185/1999.

4) ON-LINE PURCHASE
LG JUNIOR  is a website for the e-commerce of shoes and accessories for children.
All the available items are described on line in their own specific page. Each item description is completed by the item price. The Customers will purchase the items at the indicated prices, plus the transport fees, as detailed below.
Product pictures in this site describe the actual features of the items. Before the order confirmation a summary of the item price, the total price in case of a multiple item choice and transport fee will be provided to the Customer.
The order confirmation will be followed by an email to the Customer listing the order confirmation number and date.
 
5) PRICE
All the prices indicated in this site are TVA included.
Prices can be modified in case of sales promotions. The actual contract price is the one declared on the order confirmation form.

6)   PAYMENT
Products and transport have to be paid at the moment of the order confirmation by one of the credit cards accepted and listed in this site, or by cash to the transport courier at the delivery if this payment option is chosen.

• Payment at the delivery (Italy only): to the courier. Only cash accepted. The choice of this optino will demanda n extra fee of € 3,00.

In case of payments by credit card all the credit card reserved information will be automatically processed by Server Sicuro by UNICREDIT BANCA, neither LG JUNIOR nor others will ever have access to them. Those information will never be used again, except in case of product returns and money refund..

7) TRANSPORT FEES

Italy:
A)   No fee is due: deliveries are done by the basic service of.
 
Abroad:
A)  Transport fees depend on weight, volume and destination of the goods: before each order is confirmed this site will provide the exact amount of the transport fees.

8) DELIVERY TIME
Orders are delivered (i.e., delivered to the transport courier) after LG JUNIOR has fully checked as correct all the personal information and addresses provided by the Customers:

10) PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND
D.L. 185 del 22/05/0999 states the right of the Customers to return the products and be refunded if unsatisfied: Customers have to apply for return and refund by a registered letter within 10 days from the delivery of the products. Telegrams, faxes or/and emails are also accepted only if confirmed within 48 hours by a registered letter sent to our shop:

LG JUNIOR will arrange the return through the means and in the times described in 10).

The related Act also states as an essential condition for the Customer to benefit of this right that goods have to be returned in perfect conditions, wrapped in their original packaging, bills or/and invoices attached. Customers will be charged of the transport fees.
D.L. 185/99 clearly states that this right is only recognised to Customers who can also be described as Consumers, i.e. people who purchase products for their direct use and benefit and not for commerce or other purposes. Shops and retailers will not benefit of this right.
ANY RESTITUTIONS HAVE TO BE AUTHORISED BY LG JUNIOR. NO UNAUTHORISED RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED BY LG JUNIOR.

11) REFUND
Customers who return the products within the terms of law will be refunded. Customers will only be charged of transport fees and Customs fees.

Once the product is returned, the Customer will be refunded within working 8 days in the following ways:

• If the original payment was a cash or bank transfer one, the Customer will be refunded by bank transfer (he/she will be charged of bank commissions if any).
  
• If the original payment was by credit card, money will be refunded by cancelling the credit card operation. The Customer will be charged of € 0.70, i.e. the cost of the operation charged by UNICREDIT BANCA  SPA.
  

12) GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS
All the items and products purchased on LG JUNIOR website take benefit of the Italian Civil Law and of the Act D.L 2.2.2002 n. 24 (G.U. n. 57, 8.3.2002) on trade and contracts and on the guarantees to the consumers.
The guarantee is recognised on any product presenting any fault which was undetectable at the moment of the purchase, provided the product was used in a correct and careful way and for its very purpose.
No guarantee will be recognised on misused, neglected or badly maintained products. The guarantee is a personal right and will be recognised only to the original Customer, no retailers or other can benefit of this right.
Any fault have to be communicated by written means to LG JUNIOR who will authorised the restitution. No uncommunicated and unauthorised product return will be accepted.
If necessary LG JUNIOR will verify the faults/defects on the returned products before changing or refunding it.
In any case the product will be changed and refunded only if it will be returned with the following documents atttached: bills or invoices, order number and date, detailed fault description.
In case of product return, trasport fees will be charged to the Customer.

13) PRIVACY
LG JUNIOR informs:
 LG JUNIOR  by GT INFO  srl, provider of this service, guarantees that all the personal information will be strictly reserved in accordance with the related law n. 675/96 and D.Lgs. n. 171/98.
In accordance with the art. 10 of the Act 675/96, stating the terms of the treatment of private personal information, we inform that Customers personal data will also be treated through IT means by other subjects related to our company for the only purpose of processing the contracts.
By processing the contracts we mean all the actions related and necessary to managing the purchase actions, the on-line system supporting them, the control over the payments, managing and controlling expeditions and deliveries and managing complaints and refunds.
Any further information upon laws related to privacy and subjects we have referred to in this site are available to anybody present a written demand in this sense.
To take benefit of the rights described in art. 13 L. 675/96 (access, correction, integration, cancellation, opposition, etc.) please contact LG JUNIOR.
By filling the Digital Order Form, Customers declare that they have read and understood all the information and terms of law described in this page and acknoledge that no order can be processed if this information in untrue or it is ignored by Customers themselves.

14) LAWS UPON CONTRACT
Anything which has not been described in the Sales Conditions is subjected to the Italian Laws.
